Flatbed Printing
The JF1631 Mimaki Flatbed with UV cured inks is the state of the art in digital direct to substrate technology. The image quality of this printer produces extremely vibrant colors - due, in part, to white ink capability. Because the ink is applied directly on the material, no adhesive or vinyl is required.
The Mimaki Flatbed will accept material up to 5 feet x10 feet and 2 inches thick, allowing us to print signs directly on substrates such as wood, lexan, and PETG. Plus, UV cured inks emit fewer VOC’s than solvent inks, so this process, when coupled with eco-friendly materials, enables us to provide environmentally sustainable sign solutions.
