Acorn Sign Graphics is owned by a husband-wife team whose individual careers in business and organizational development brought them to a mutual turning point when they decided they wanted to work together to build a values-driven company. Their end goal was to create the kind of work environment where they would enjoy going to work each day and where each associate would use his or her own gifts and potential to flourish.
After many years of working together, their leadership vision has proven to be more exciting than they ever imagined. They are involved full time in running the day-to-day operations of the business and are having a great time!
The Business Office manages the human resources and accounting functions of ASG. All bookkeeping, billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, purchase orders, and payables flow through the Business Office staff. On projects where required or appropriate, the staff uses the AIA project management reporting and billing protocols.
