Our full time graphic design team is the creative hub of Acorn Sign Graphics. The scope of their capabilities includes concept renderings, proofs, and production art. Between all of our clients, they produce thousands of drawings a year…and still crave more projects!
Our in-house designers also produce our ASG standard sign packages and create our ASG marketing materials.
In addition to designing signs, our team also conducts sign audits and surveys, studies wayfinding, does take-offs from architectural plans, produces sign and copy lists, manages changing message schedules, and maintains computerized sign standards, logo standards, and art files for every client and every job.
Versatile Technology Skills Make a DifferenceOur designers work in Mac and PC formats and manipulate graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up, as well as vector formats such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. They are able to receive and export files to and from virtually any graphic format in use today.
The ASG design team collaborates with the project management and production staff on all facets of signage projects, suggesting scale, fonts, alternative materials and design approaches, as well as efficient and cost effective production approaches. They also attend meetings with our sales consultants and customers during the design of complex custom projects.
