ASG wants every customer to be enthusiastic about their work with us, so we strive to meet or exceed your expectations. Our sales consultants go above and beyond to make that happen. They have been known to make “house calls” after hours and on weekends to troubleshoot with customers and to personally drive long distances to deliver - and sometimes install - last minute changes.

From the first contact to the completion of the project, each sales person is the bridge between the customer and ASG.

Our sales consultants stay involved through every step of the sign design and manufacturing process. These consultants are among ASG’s most experienced staff. They know the right questions to ask our clients to ensure that each project receives the attention it needs, and they provide advice about the design, scope, and development of the project. The dialogue that our sales consultants have with our clients covers variables such as the purpose of the signage, visibility, lighting, location, matching existing signs and sign standards, appropriate materials and sizes, sustainability, permitting and regulatory requirements, design alternatives, durability, and budget.
