Flatbed Printing

Choose direct to substrate technology for the high resolution images and vibrant colors of flatbed printing with UV cured inks. Suitable for graphics panels, banners, POP displays, real estate signs and interior and exterior signs of all types The Flatbed will accept material up to 5 feet x10 feet and 2 inches thick, allowing us to print signs directly on hard substrates such as wood, lexan, acrylic and PETG and soft materials such as AcornEcoBanner, fabrics, and papers.UV cured inks emit fewer VOC’s than solvent inks, so this process, when coupled with eco-friendly materials, enables us to provide environmentally sustainable sign solutions.
